Annual Pumpkin Patch Visit 2020

Last weekend, my family headed to our favorite local pumpkin patch for the ninth year in a row. The weather was a slightly balmy ( just enough to wear knit hats and scarves) and the skies overcast. Though the skies were gray the colors of autumn rich in yellows, reds, purples and orange really stood out.

A little bit of light rain fell when we were out on our adventure but not enough to make things messy and muddy.

Mostly Wordless Wednesday: The Eclipse of 2017

We are sporting the Celestron ISO Certified, 2017 North American Total Solar Eclipse EclipSmart 2x Power Viewers Solar Observing Kit that I purchased from Amazon in June.I wanted to make sure I got the glasses before they sold out. I did research to make sure the glasses were legit too. I am so glad I did because there was a big recall on a bunch of different glasses that would not protect your eyes properly.
