Geneva Springs has wonderful skin care products! These products are 100% made in the USA and locally produced in Bear Lake County, Idaho. The Dairy Maid Skin Cream products were originally called “Relief Society Healing Hand Cream” and it was created to keep the rough cracked hands of those working on farm nice and soft. Lucy Tueller has since dubbed the recipe from the original using milder ingredients, so as too make the hand cream gentler. Customers who tend to use their hands a lot like carpenters, mechanics, gardeners and others have found this product wonderful. Dairy Maid Skin cream from Geneva Springs is known to relieve symptoms associated with, eczema, discoloration, and dry, cracked hands, feet and elbows. Geneva Springs carries more than the great skin cream that I’ve been raving about; they also have Mrs. Tulips Lip Balm regular and slim stick, Bath Salts, Glycerin and Bees work soaps! Each of these products uses real essential oils and the finest of ingredients to ensure only the best for their customers. I love the huge array of fragrances that they offer from sweet pea to raspberry dessert!

I was given the opportunity to try some of these great products out and I am really glad about it! I was sent Lavender Baby Powder Skin Cream, Lavender Bath Salt, Sweet Pea Skin Cream, Lavender soap, and Mrs. Tulips lip balm.

The Skin cream is everything it says it is. I don’t think my hands and feet have ever been so soft! The smell isn’t over powering and literally it’s so creamy that if I didn’t know better I would want to eat it. You don’t have to use much as a little goes a long way.

The lip balm works wonderfully too. I usually have pretty dry lips but when using this lip balm, my lips have stayed a lot moister!

The bath salts are a lot of fun. I feel pretty pampered when anything special goes into my bath and the lavender soap left me smelling great all evening.

I am so excited that I am able to review the Read and Share DVD Bible: Volume 1 movie for you all as part of Thomas Nelson Book Reviewers team .

I’m a christian, and I’m always looking for wholesome ways to share the word of God with others, especially children. I feel a special calling on my life as to work in areas where children are involved. So, I’m nit picky as to what christian curriculum or biblical resources that I present and support aiming that it’s all biblically accurate.

After watching the Read and Share DVD Bible: Volume 1, I must say I am very pleased, I rated it 5 stars! This is probably best for younger children as the stories are meant to stick to the span of younger children, very simple but stick to the general point. The viewing experience is wonderful as it looks as if we are seeing an actual story book come to life! The colors are bright cheerful which is key when presenting something to young children. The characters in the movie act out what the narrator explains and the music is a perfect fit, light and gentle.

Stories include: The Beginning, Adam & Eve, The Flood, Abram, Isaac & Rebekah, Jacob & Esau, Rachel, Jacob & God, John the Baptist, Jesus is Born, Jesus is Tempted, Jesus Love Children, and One Lost Sheep.

This video is great for family devotion time and even for Sunday School. As each segment you can stop and discuss with your children and answer any questions that they may have.

To Be Safe

I’m not going to be around online tomorrow due to the big April 1st worm! You can’t be to careful though I know my husband is thinking nothing of it and going on his computer anyways. It’s reported to be the biggest worm in history to date… so you can’t ignore the facts and with what happened last year too!

So, I’ll probably be reading a book and packing up some more things and then watching some LOST tomorrow. 🙂

Eco Store USA Review

I want to let you know how pleased that I am with the three green products that I was able to test out from Eco Store USA. The products I chose to review are Pure Oxygen Whitener, Auto Dish Wash Powder, and the Baby Sleepy Time Bath.

Eco Store USA has many wonderful products lines from household care, bath and body, pet care, and they even have products for your little one. I think you should know right off that their motto is NO NASTY CHEMICALS and with knowing just that, I was completely won over.

The Eco Store USA baby line is great and it was extremely hard for me to choose what product to review from that line. I finally, after much consideration decided on the Sleepy Time Bath. This product is scented with lavender, geranium, and Eucalyptus which is the perfect combination to for a calming bath time. I sometimes take baths with my daughter so I was able to take in this product in first hand. All of the products at Eco Store USA are super concentrated so all we had to use was one small capful for our bath! The smell of the Sleepy Time Bath wasn’t over powering at all, and I found it to be the perfect aromatherapy blend. Our skin was left soft and we smelled great afterwards. I would advise using this at night time before bed as after bathing my daughter, we were both ready to drift off to sleepy land. Another great thing about the baby products is that they contain NO toxic petrochemicals, NO laurel sulphates, NO dyes, NO artificial perfumes, and NO NASTY CHEMICALS!

I don’t use the dishwasher very much. I use it during special occasion, when guest are over, or on Sundays when we are busy with church and outings all day. I commonly use the dish wash powder from Costco which only really does the job half the time. I really hate when I use the dishwasher and then my products come out no cleaner than when they went in! I was surprised when I used the Auto Dish Washer Powder from Eco Store USA and my products came out with no nasty residue, no caked on food, and no grease! This product left my dishes clean and smelling great with the performance blend of simple mineral salts, citrus and Coconut oils. Also again, this product is ultra concentrated, you only have to use one tablespoon per dishwasher load. Again, NO NASTY CHEMICALS!

I love all the products that I tested out, but the Pure Oxygen Whitener just might be my favorite as I’m able to use it for so many things! I put off this review for a little while because I wanted to thoroughly test mainly this product out! I tested this product first out on the mildew that continually resides in my windows. We dissolved about 2tbsp of the whitener in a bucket and went to work on the windows sills. The mildew came off with such ease and mainly my house was not filled with bleach fumes. I then tested this out on my daughter’s nappies prior to washing and soaking over night did the job as they came out completely white and smelling very fresh! I then cleaned the counters, the toilets, the and the bathtub. You can use Pure Oxygen Whitener all around the home for cleaning and sanitizing, simply dissolve in warm and use to clean to your hearts content. I won’t need any for a while as with this product and all their others, a little goes a long way.
