Carter’s and Giving Tuesday! (11/29)

Carter’s Giving Tuesday Event (11/29)cartersgtuesAs a mom of three, to two girls and son we have a lot of clothing needs. Carter’s is one of our favorite go-to clothing brands because the clothing not only last to be passed down but they offer great styles from newborns sizing to older children that last.

We usually stock up on pjs twice year, once around Spring time and the other in late Fall.  My kids love helping pick them out and they each have their own particular preferences. For instance, my son loves 2-pieces, my older daughter likes the gowns, and my littlest is in the 1-piece types. I think it swell Carter’s gives one so many options when it comes to sleepwear! They also tend to get Carter’s pj’s from friends and loved ones!

This month we have yet another reason to love Carters! Tomorrow on Tuesday, November 29, for every Carter’s pajama purchased online at http://www.Carters.com or at one of Carter’s 650+ retail stores, Carter’s will donate one of America’s favorite jammies to children in need.

This year marks Carter’s first program, inspired by Giving Tuesday, a pro-social movement that encourages manufacturers and other participants to support charitable giving on the first Tuesday after Thanksgiving.

“Carter’s deeply cares about helping young children, and has partnered with charities like Pajama Program to help those most in need,” said Mike Casey, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, Carter’s, Inc. “Every child should have warm and cozy pajamas, especially during the holidays.  We look forward to helping Pajama Program provide Carter’s pajamas to children who need them most this winter.”

With close to 900 styles, including 1-piece, 2-piece, 4-piece, and gown options in cotton, flannel and fleece in sizes newborn to 12 years, parents and gift-givers are sure to find the perfect PJs for the little ones on their holiday gift lists.

I encourage everyone to purchase during this event! Get them for the special children in your life and spread the word that in doing so to everyone you know that children in need will be getting jammies too!
