Orblue Pastry Cutter {Review}

A pastry cutter also known as a dough blender is a must have in my kitchen. I tend to make biscuits for my family several times a week so this tool gets a lot of use. The Orblue Pasty Cutter has recently upgraded a cutter I’ve had for almost 9 years now. My previous tool worked but not without having to tighten the screws before and sometimes even while in the dough cutting process. The design was not well thought out. However my new pastry cutter has a much better design and works even better with less effort.

The Orblue Pastry cutter is useful and attractive. There have been no signs of wearing out since my several weeks of using it. I like that there are zero parts that need tightened with a screw. It’s quite strong and doesn’t seem like it would break easily. I like how it feels comfortable in the palm of my hand as I cut through shortening or butter to blend into dry ingredients . I’ve not lost my grip and have found the handle to absorb pressure quite well. My time in preparing baked goods and the like has gone by twice as quickly since using this cutter. I would certainly recommend it. I can’t imagine ever needing to purchase another in the future. I’m 100% satisfied and like the company stands by a money back guarantee if you aren’t happy with it.
