The Fé Fit Women’s 90-Day Workout Program is made by moms and meant for moms that are looking for a change. This program can help get one on track to a healthier more fit lifestyle in as little as 90 days. Included are tools needed to stay on track which make a sometimes overwhelming transition far more easy to begin and follow through on. I have tried many things in the past but none have quite stuck and had as much appeal as this fitness experience!
The guide that’s included in the program is very helpful to get you started. The purpose section reaches out to moms of all ages, not just the ones that recently had a baby and wanted to lose a few pounds but ones who have children much older, like myself! The encouragement is uplifting and reminds moms that the time invested on themselves is just as beneficial to their family. This program can be used alone or with a few mom friends! The choice is completely up to you and your personal comfort level.

The program does use a few equipment items that are suggested for use in accurately preforming some of the exercises. This list includes a exercise or yoga mat, 3 lb.-5lb. dumbbells, a resistance band, pilates toning circle, and a barre or chair. If making fitness part of your daily routine, you’ll be most certainly want to have the suggested items on hand anyways. But if you don’t have these items right away, you can substitute them with something else.
The presentation from this program is fabulous. When ordering it off Amazon and choosing the gift wrapped option, it arrived in a beautifully silver papered wrapped box with a pink bow! It was really quite the treat. The work out DVDs are easy to keep track of as they are inside of a cd-booklet that keeps them all nice contained and simple to find when needed. The work out calendars are great to have and help keep you accountable.
The workouts for me weren’t easy to start out with. I’m naturally skinny and felt like I didn’t really need to work out that much. Though recently I’ve realized the need for strength training and to increase my energy levels! The work outs left me sore and pretty sweaty but I can already feel and see the difference! I’ll point out that a lot of the exercises had a simpler version to do if you didn’t feel you could quite accomplish the more intense step. I did take advantage of that for awhile while my body was getting used to using muscles I typically don’t use. This isn’t an easy fitness program but it’s certainly worth taking the challenge for as little as 30 minutes a day several times a week. I recommend this to all moms determined to make a change if you really want to feel and see results!
