New Camera: Nikon Coolpix L380!

I was able to get a new camera this month! I’d been wanting a new one for awhile. My old camera served me well for 4 years but after time had passed I started having issues with it. All my close up pictures or those in which I needed to use a flash, started to be was noticeably darker on the left hand corner.

I’ve read several reviews for the Nikon Coolpix L380 and decided it was the camera for me! My favorite color is red so that nearly sealed my decision right away. I found an amazing bundled  deal on Amazon that  not only got me the camera but a SDHC 16 GB card and a camera bag for less than $200.00 dollars! In fact, everything together not discounted would have been about $350.00.

I haven’t learned all the camera features and modes since I’ve been pretty busy but I intend to so soon! I’ll share my favorite photos here and I’ll talk more about what I like about the camera and what I’m not a fan of (if anything). I think the close up photos look great so far and I’m quite impressed with how well photos taken inside look!  I believe having great photos is a must for blogging and it’s my primary way to capture all those specials times enjoyed with my family and friends.
