My Thoughts…

I’m deeply moved and touched by the words written upon each page found in “Fear Not Tomorrow, God Is Already There” by Ruth Graham, whom is best known as daughter of famous crusader for Christ Dr. Billy Graham.

I challenge everyone to read this book and come from it a changed person. Just the right amount of encouragement and conviction of actions and ways of life beautifully cover each page out of a spirit of love and longing to bring others closer in their own walks with God.

This book is not about overcoming your shortcomings to build a better you…it is about discovering that God is worthy of our trust.”

When reading throughout the first few chapters that encourage us to trust and obey the Lord like Joseph & Mary did, memories of my childhood flooded my mind. I was brought back to hymn I sang in church and at home called “Trust and Obey” …a few of the verses read;

Trust and obey, for there’s no other way
To be happy in Jesus, but to trust and obey.

Not a shadow can rise, not a cloud in the skies,
But His smile quickly drives it away;
Not a doubt or a fear, not a sigh or a tear,
Can abide while we trust and obey.

What powerful words can be found in hymns! These words ring ever so loud and clear. How often is it that we say yes we trust in God and obey Him to the best of our ability?  Too often enough, we are continually doubting His work in our lives and are not giving ourselves fully which is quite foolish because all God want’s for us is to trust and obey in which through doing so, we will find peace and understanding in Him.

I believe you will be challenged through out these pages of this book to live your life more complete and full of praise to God. This book is truly God ordained and can be used as such a powerful ministry tool in your own life and the lives of others. 5 stars *****
