Carolina Pad Review

Eye_CandyAbout Carolina Pad:

The Carolina Pad story begins in 1945 in Charlotte, North Carolina. That’s when Joseph K. Hall Jr. and several business associates managed to scrape up enough money and equipment to start up a school supply manufacturing company. Joe had been operating Hall & Morris, a school supply wholesale business in Belmont, North Carolina. The new company offered composition books, notebook paper, primary tablets, pencils, crayons, and other school supplies. A former teacher, principal, and coach, Joe was excited by the new company’s offerings.

Fast forward to 2000, when Carolina Pad transform the stationery industry by introducing fashion school and office products! Today with their trendy design and great function, Carolina Pad notebooks, binders, and other school and office products stand out from the crowd. You might also catch a glimpse of our fashion collections, with clever names like Hot Chocolate and Pattern Play, on hit shows like 90210, Greek, and Gossip Girl.

My Thoughts:

As a multi-tasking woman, I know sometimes I can get ahead of myself and sooner or later things that should have been done haven’t been and then I am caught running behind and even more busy and I become overwhelmed in catching up.

Companies like Carolina Pad are a girls best friend. Binders, desk accessories, planners, notebooks, you name it, they’ve probably got it! What’s so great is that with their vast selection of products, they also have a plethora of styles and patterns to cater to your personality whether you are more subtle or very bold!

I like funky colors and was given the opportunity to review two products from their fun and fresh Eye Candy line. Bright and Bold, a little retro, it has me written all over it.

I was sent a Eye Candy Padfolio in hot pink! This accessory is perfect for me. As a free lance graphic designer, you’ll find notes of upcoming designs, among things I need to remember jotted down in my padfolio. The pockets on the inner covers are great to slip in my business cards or other little notes that I need to come back to. If I need a note pad to use inside after the current one included runs out, I can replace it with any of the Ideal Books ($3.99) offered at Carolina Pad.  The ways to use a Padfolio for me are endless, I am really thinking of investing in another one. You can’t beat the price of 12.99 with a ideal book included!

I also was sent an Eye Candy Laptop Sleeve in the Dots pattern! I didn’t have  a case or anything for my new laptop until now and I must say that I am quite impressed with the design of the one I was sent. It’s a good size and fit laptops around 15′ inches in size.  I simply slip my laptop in when not in use and zip it shut.  No more bumps or scratches for my laptop when it’s not in use. It’s now protected in a very stylish sleeve!

Before writing this review, I couldn’t help but order myself a few more items from the  Carolina Pad Store! I got  another padfolio for my church notes and life group discussion among a few other items! Carolina Pad is a company I will come back to for all my stationary and office supplies! 5 stars!
