Review: Fresh Produce Clothing -Impromptu Dress in Fiji

I’ve always got my eye out for exceptionally stylish, feminine, modest, and affordable apparel and recently I came across a wonderful clothing retailer called Fresh Produce that met all my expectations, wants, and likes when it came to clothing and accessories!

Fresh Produce clothing features so many wonderful styles in tops, cardigans, skirts, pants, dresses, and many more offerings. Their styles are refreshing and the colors and prints used are very pleasing to the eye. I liked that there is a large selection of prints as well as solids featuring sizes ranging from extra small to extra large. The color selection and the numerous types of clothing make it easy to mix and match stretching your dime in taking a few items here and there and creating a night out look from something that could also be casual day wear.

I was given the opportunity to review the Impromptu Dress in Fiji. Picking a dress from the numerous styles available was really hard because I was partial to quite a few of the styles and cuts which include knee length, below the knee, maxi, and cover ups. Another thing I had to consider was a what solid color or colored print I would choose. I really liked the variety and decided to go out on a whim and brighten up my current wardrobe with a lovely shade of Melon. And honestly I was crossing my fingers on that color choice and was quite surprised with how flattering it was to me not just the color shade but the fit of the dress to my figure too.

Since falling in love with the Fiji Impromptu Dress, with it’s asymmetrical hem, ruching and smocking details, I’m already deciding which other styles from Fresh Produce I’d love to add to my wardrobe. This dress is made in the USA and the quality is impeccable and I’m sure it will last for quite a while. I also get really excited when a dress is true to size knowing that I’ll probably have no issues picking another out and wondering if it’ll fit. Wearing this dress reminds me of a warm day at the beach and it’s perfect for the Spring and Summer season.

I highly recommend Fresh Produce’s clothing line and wanted to point out that right now they are offering a coupon code “LOVEMOM” that if you purchase one dress, you’ll get the second one 50% off. That’s a real steal with dresses starting as low as 30.00! You’ll find the clothing sold in Fresh Produce stores ’at more than 500 specialty retailers throughout the US and Caribbean.

Be sure to check out their wonderful line of clothes for the Summer featuring many wonderful casual dress items as well as island dresses.

Mika Rose {review}

I’ve been a fan of Mika Rose for sometime now, owning more than five of their fashionably modest dresses. I wanted to share my love for them here on my blog.  This company was formed out of the owner realizing how hard it was to find modest dresses in  today’s market. She was sure other woman wanting to dress more elegantly and fashionable without showing too much skin had the same problem and after some time Mikarose was formed.

Mika Rose offers more than just dresses for woman but also tops as well as dresses for little girls. My daughter whom is about 24 months old owns two styles of their dresses, the Madeline and the Daisy both which are offered in a  number of colors. I own the Lindsey, Alexia, Ariana, Emily, and another that’s no longer for sell on their site.

Mikarose dresses and skirts are fashionable and stylish enough for corporate events, weddings, church, or just a stroll out on the town. The dresses are affordable, flattering to all figures, and I can vouch that they are not made cheaply. I’ve definitely got my eye on some of their newest additions to add to my closet soon. I encourage you to check them out too.

Disclosure: I received a dress for myself for this review. I was not compensated in any other way and all opinions posted here are mine and mine alone.
