Freshie & Zero handcrafted Jewelry {Review and Giveaway}

I so adore coming across beautifully handcrafted items of all kinds, especially jewelry. I don’t have a whole lot in my current collection because I’m pretty selective in what appeals to me. I’ve adopted that that less is more so I like to really only collect pieces that can be worn when dressing casual as well as for a more formal occasion. With that being said, I recently came across the perfect combination of both in the original hand-crafted jewelry created by Freshie & Zero! Read the rest of this entry »

Dolma Jewelry {Review}

There’s always been something special about receiving pearls as a gift. Often given as gifts of love, pearls are the perfect gift to give to someone you love to make a significant moment that much more memorable. Pearls are ever so versatile and available in the form of all sorts of jewelry accessories too! Whether you’d like to wear them casual or for a more formal occasion, pearls work both ways. Plus, hadn’t you heard that Pearls are a Girls Best Friend?

I recently was introduced to Dolma Jewelery. This company specializes in pearl accessories of all kinds! On their website, you can find necklaces, earrings, bracelets, accessories, and charms all featuring naturally beautiful pearls that were hand picked personally by the gals behind Dolma.

I was sent the Christina Cross Necklace to review and decided upon giving it to my daughter Melody. Melody is turning five years old this month and I wanted her to have something very special to help her celebrate her day. She is growing up so quickly, no longer a baby, toddler, nor preschooler. She’s becoming quite the young lady. She’s also been eager to learn more about God and our faith so I knew the pearl cross necklace would symbolize and serve well in her walk.

The necklace is beautiful. The sterling silver chain it hangs from it top quality and it seems to shimmer in the light. The pearl cross is silky smooth. The necklace is simple in design but that’s very suitable. Sometime when it comes to fashion among other things, less is more. My daughter often wears her pearl cross necklace when we are out on special occasions as well as to church. I’m glad she loves it so much!

If you are looking for Pearls jewelry or accessories of any kind, do check out Dolma Jewelry. The prices are affordable and there’s a wide selection. They also support several charities such as  The Thirst Project ,an organization striving to provide clean water to those around the world who don’t have access to it.

I simply adore coming across unique and beautiful items of all kinds, especially when browsing Etsy. Being and artisan myself, I appreciate all the careful planning, hard work, and thoughtful touches that typically are portrayed when something is handmade. And speaking of my previous appreciation of the art and artist, I’d like to spotlight Quiet Mischief and Company. This artisan meets and exceeds all my likes and loves when it comes to uniquely beautiful handcrafted wares.
