Holiday Gift Guide 2011: The Wiggles “It’s Always Christmas With You!” {DVD Review + Giveaway!}
We almost daily can be caught rocking, boppin’, swaying, singing, and dancing along with The Wiggles! So when we heard that they’d be offering a brand new Christmas DVD this year, we were super excited. Another reason we were very excited is because this is their first Holiday album in seven years times!
The Wiggles “It’s Always Christmas With You!” DVD features 14 original tunes and seasonal favorites. The Wiggles travel across three continents where they discover the diverse ways the holidays are celebrated by different cultures.This is great learning experience for the kids. I particularly loved the addition of the Irish choir!
“Dorothy the Dinosaur Meets Santa Claus” a fun animated special is included as a bonus feature. This special is 50 minutes long! It was certainly a hit with the kids and unexpected treat! There’s also a fun holiday photo gallery to enjoy.
Celebrity guest Joey Fatone from “NSync makes an appearance to help out the Wiggles! Total runtime is about 2 hours long! This DVD is not rated and is great for the whole family.
We’ve been waiting a while to be put back into the Christmas Mood with our favorite friends from Down Under and that wait was well worth it! Their latest DVD has done an excellent job in getting us into the Christmas spirit!

Christmas Colored Paper Chain
I’ve been looking for fun crafts to do with my three year old daughter to celebrate the Christmas season. This weekend we created a paper chain in Christmas colors to hang around the house. It doesn’t get much easier than this and it provides for a lot of fun. You can pre-cut or let your child cut our strips from red,white, and green colored construction paper. I pre-cut and then let my daughter use a glue stick to attach the ends together adding link after link in the pattern we choose. We plan on making another one soon as part of the decorations for my sons first birthday party!
Holiday Gift Guide 2011: Gourmet Gift Baskets
Holiday Menu. Check. Dress for the Christmas Party. Check. Presents for the Kids. Check. I’ve been checking off my Holiday to do list. And there’s still a lot left to figure out and set in order. How about you, How’s your to-do-list looking?
Are you still doing your holiday shopping? If so, I’ve got a great suggestion for a gift to give to those who may be hard to buy something for and even for those who aren’t!
Gift Baskets are a great gift to ship to family and friends who may live further away. I’ve personally shipped my family in Georgia gift baskets on numerous occasions and they without a doubt were very happy with my gift.
I’m a fan of Gourmet Gift Baskets. They have a wonderful selection of baskets great for all sorts of occasions including those made especially for you guessed it… Christmas! Their website is very easy to navigate and gift baskets are very easy to find in a particular price range. You can even easily customize them to all your personal needs.
This year I was able to sample the Christmas Gift Basket Classic™. This basket is very attractive! I love all the goodies that came along in it as well. The snacks are very tasty so much so that I have not come across any that I haven’t liked! It’s been wonderful to snack without feeling guilty about eating things that have un-needed ingredients. I was really delighted with the snacks choosen by this company.
Long after the snacks are gone I am planning on using the keepsake basket that makes together this wonderful gift basket as well as the darling poinsettia flower to store my knitting things! I’m a huge fan of multi-functional presents. I encourage you to check out Gourmet Gift Baskets this Holiday season, they just might be your future stop for gift baskets of all kinds! Prices are very reasonable too!
