Hellmann’s Chicken Challenge

I like I am sure a lot of mom’s out there don’t always have the time to throw together a huge meal every single day of the week. It’s just a little far fetched to even challenge yourself and stress over it with the busy schedule I know most people have! That’s why I get really excited when I come across recipes that use ingredients I usually have on hand!
Hellmann’s has a challenge going on right now where people can vote weekly on their favorite chicken dishes. These dishes are pretty awesome and I’m planning on cooking up a few for my family! I am a fan that they are really easy to throw together! For example, the Parmesan Crusted Chicken which got my vote only has four ingredients and total prep and cook time is half an hour! Easy, family friendly, delicious, and something brand new to help us mix things up at the dinner table.

Holiday’s are usually pretty hectic so I’m glad to have learned about Hellmann’s “Real Holiday Helpings” Program. This program was created in order to help parents prepare good and healthy food for their family this holiday season! On the site, you’ll find several videos that feature fantastic holiday dishes that are easy throw together with the use of only a few ingredients! Speaking of few ingredients, did you know that Hellmann’s Real Mayonnaise is made with just eggs, oil, and vinegar!
I’m looking foward to trying out some of the many recipes for leftovers and for stand alone dishes! One of the recipes that stuck out to me right away was the Disappearing Buffalo Chicken Dip! I’m a huge fan of hot wings and plan on making that the main dish this Christmas for my family!
