Review and Giveaway: O.R.E Originals – Good Shopper Bag

ORE Originals is a company I spotlighted here before and yet again I’m spotlighting another fantastic product, this time from their Living Goods line. The last item I spotlighted  was from their Sugar Booger line geared toward babies and kids! And since that review, I’m pleased to say my daughter is still using her adorable ladybug bowl set as well as the matching apron for when she’s helping mom and dad in the kitchen.

The product I’d like to talk about today is The Living Goods® Reversible Good Shopper Bag. I choose the style My Garden because I so love gardening and the design pattern is totally something that meets my style with it colors and cute character fruits,  veggies, and tools you most commonly would use to tend to your garden.

I really like this tote. It’s an ideal size at  13 inches wide x 15 inches high x 4 inches deep. It’s very versatile and an added bonus is that it’s totally reversible. Don’t care for the print side? No problem! Just reverse it to the solid colored side.

I found the tote very durable and have used it a purse and a bag to carry a long my knitting. I’ve yet used it to carry the groceries though I’m sure it would handle the extra weight with no problems whatsoever. It’s a great tote for just about anything, library book bag, beach tote, diaper bag, you name it!

If interested, you can purchase you very own Good Shopper tote bag for just $25.00. They come in lots of different styles and remember they are reversible so it’s like buying two different bags for the price of one!

Be sure to check out all the other great products by  Oré Originals, I highly recommend them for every member of the family ( even the pets!). And to keep up with the latest news, be sure to “Like” them on Facebook too.

Fun at the Pumpkin Patch

It was beautiful weather over the weekend making it the perfect opportunity to visit one of the local farms for Fall fun! Owen enjoyed riding in a wagon for the first time and pounding on the pumpkins which his sister picked out. We brought home two pumpkins for pies and one for my husband to carve in a week or so. I don’t know about you but I think it’s more fun to bakes pies from the actual pumpkin instead of from a can.

We took lots of colorful photos with my new camera that are going to look great in my to be made photo books. Yes, I finally made enough money to purchase a new camera over the weekend. I didn’t get the camera I intended on though. There was acutally a camera that was equally just as good for cheaper! I’ve been learning it over the weekend and am very happy with this choice! I like it even better than my previous camera. I would say the pictures speak for themselves on how nice this camera is! Wouldn’t you agree?

Costume Super Center {review}

Halloween is only a couple of weeks away! And if you haven’t gotten a costume for yourself or your kids yet I would urge you to start looking now before there’s not much left to choose from! A great place to look online with huge selection of costumes is the Costume Supercenter!

I like that I can find every costume and coordinating accessories for adult, teen pet, child, baby, and infant costumes in one place and very easily! I really am happy with the customer service, the easy to navigate categories, and the simple check out process!

This will be Owen’s first Halloween and I wanted to dress him up in something really cute. You know, before he’ll want to dress up like a zombie, ninja, and wear masks that have oozing gooey things. So completely taking advantage of my son being 9 months old, I choose an adorable get up from the  animal Halloween costumes category.

The Lovable Lion Costume was my pick for my son! This costume is wonderful for a infant to toddler being available in size small (6-12 months), medium (12-18months) and large (18 months-2t). It has snaps for easy diaper changes and has skid resistant feet which is wonderful for little ones still learning how to walk confidently. The hood is attached with velcro so if your little one is likely to just rip hats off and what not, take note of that. Though when my son is out and about he totally forgets anything on his head. So that won’t be an issue when out trick or treating and attending friends parties. And I like that it will keep his head warm when it’s chilly out parading through the neighborhood.

This costume is made with 100% polyester so it’s recommended to machine wash cold and hang to dry to keep it looking good. I like the material that is used won’t over heat my child. It’s good to keep your little one comfortable. So I’d recommend just dressing your child accordingly depending on the climate your child will be in.  Overall this costume is really cute and quite affordable at only 29.99!

Hurry on over to check out the costumes today! Time is ticking away! Don’t forget to take advantage of the  special promotional running right now at Costume Supercenter!
