My baby is boy is 17 months old and a bit to big to swaddle now but that doesn’t mean that these blankets haven’t gotten any use. In fact, my four year old daughter and my 17 month old son have been getting a lot of use out of them. They’ve been used when snuggling up on the couch on a warm day, as shade to put over them to protect them from the sun, to build forts with, a table cloth for pretend picnics, dress up robes or capes, and much more. These blankets are super versatile and whether for a baby, toddler, or preschooler I can vouch that these blankets will be well loved and used for many years and in many different ways.

I highly recommend all swaddling blankets by Swaddle Designs. My son had been swaddled by this brand since he was about three days old. He always slept much better being wrapped secure and comfortably thanks to Swaddle Designs. My Thoughts…

As a gamer and mommy of two little ones, I was thrilled to  learn that my go to favorite company for swaddling blankets is now featuring Angry Birds. I fell in love with this games several months ago and have been playing ever since. My 3 year old daughter gets in on the Angry Bird action, and my one year old baby boy is constantly saying “do do doo do” to the beginning theme song (It’s really cute!)!  You can bet I jumped on the opportunity when it presented itself to review a couple of these products from Swaddle Designs.

I was sent an Angry Birds short sleeved onesie in the 6-12 month size and a multi-bird Marquisette Swaddling blanket to review. My son is about 15 months old but he meets the weight and height for the largest size available for the Angry Bird Onesies and I was pleased to see that it fit him perfectly. It’s defiently made from high quality material and has held up great with wash after wash. It’s currently our favorite onesie and he’s been wearing it everywhere!

The  Multi-bird Marquisette Swaddling blanket is much larger than your average swaddling blanket and it’s one of the reasons I love it so much! And since my little guy is getting so big, I won’t be using this as a swaddling blanket but as a stroller blanket and nursing cover on the go this Spring and Summer season!

I would totally recommend any of the swaddle blankets from Swaddle Designs as they all have an illustrated tag sewn on to show you just how it’s done!
