It’s not often that I’ll be so excited to go off and purchase a whole set of books but Kaaren Pixton has redefined the world of books for babies and parents alike with her fantastic variety of titles in the Indestructibles series!

I wish I had known about the books when my first child was much younger, she would have loved them and I wouldn’t have had to worry about her destroying any books. We all know that little babies love to gnaw and are a bit rough trying to master those fine motor skills. Books get left destroyed and not all at usable for your next child or grand kids! So it’s fantastic news that there are books now out that can take the wear and tear of young babies!

Indestructibles is honestly every parents answer for books even if they don’t know it yet!  Their line of books are completely baby safe!  They are water-proof, tear-resistant, and baby-durable! These books don’t have any words but do feature very stimulating illustrations of birds, bugs, and more. My two year old daughter actually loves when we look through them together and we make up our own little stories. So honestly people, these books are great for all ages, just let your imagination take you.

We plan on purchasing the rest in the series because we know without a doubt that baby number two is going to love them! These books are wonderful keepsakes and would make wonderfully unique baby shower gifts! I consider them a real steal for only around four to five dollars each!

MoBoleez is company that was started by a nursing mother of two who wanted to design something unique to support all breastfeeding mothers like myself! After brainstorming she came up with the a modern bonnet for nursing babies! How neat is that?

All hats come a large variety of adorable designs, fun colors, and sizes. All hats are Canadian made and not to forget to mention eco-friendly!

Knowing I’d be nursing my next child, I opted to review one of these bonnets. Note that I do not currently know the sex of my child so I was very thankful for the gender neutral color and pattern options on their site to choose from.

I’ve used nursing covers before when breastfeeding my daughter in public places and those usually worked pretty well. But as my daughter got a little older she didn’t like the covers at all, she would constantly tug and pull at them and that was not fun for this mom at all!

I weclome the design of MoBoleez™ breastfeeding hats and really can’t wait to try mine out with baby number 2! With the generous size of each hat, it will cover me perfectly when nursing and keep my baby from getting distracted by light and noise!

In my opinion, this toy is perfect for introducing a young child to know all about how you’ll be wearing your new baby and their sibling when they arrive!

On a final note, this toy is completely safe as there are NO removeable parts that could be a potential choking hazard.  The eyes, nose, etc. are all stitched on to make it safe for little ones of all ages.

I’ve been a fan of Trendy Tadpole for about a year now. In fact this is my second feature about this great t-shirt shop! I featured their trendy tee shirts for the modern baby, child and adult about a year ago. Then I was given the opportunity to review the cutest shirt my daughter has owned which reads ” Drool Monster”!
