I’ve been doing my research on nursing pillows ever since I found out that I was pregnant with my second child. There are quite a few out there and personally already using a specific one with my first child and not being extremely thrilled with it, I was more than willing to see what else was out there.

I often find out about new products online so it’s no surprise when I recently came across a company called Luna Lullaby on a blog I read and follow daily . This blogger was featuring a bounce a bye baby ball which is great for moms to use when pregnant and even after.  I visited the website and found out that Luna Lullaby also had a line of swaddle blankets as well as product called the Bosom Baby Pillow.

I personally was given the opportunity to review a Bosom Baby Pillow & a Soothing Blanket from Luna Lullaby and am more than happy to share my thoughts on both of the products.

I have a lot of good to say about the Bosom Baby Pillow. I wasn’t able to actually nurse my baby with this pillow because he’s not here yet but I have a well enough idea of how it would be.  I’m around 25 weeks pregnant now and have been using this pillow daily! It’s been an extremely great companion to helping me position myself in bed better, giving me the much needed sleep I’ve been lacking.

The Bosom Baby Pillow is a little larger than other nursing pillows I’ve used but it’s generous size allows for woman on any size to comfortably wrap it around their bodies.  It’s cover is super soft, very, comfortable, and easy to just throw in the wash. I love that this cover also just slips over the pillow, no zippers necessary which as a fantastic safety feature!

Note that all mothers & whomever else whether you be bottle feeding baby can use this pillow, it’s the perfect position to help make feedings easier while easing tension on the neck and shoulders of whomever is holding baby. I would recommend at least having two covers so if one gets dirty, you’ll have a spare on hand!

The next product I was able to review is Luna Lullaby’s Soothing Swaddle Blanket. This particular swaddle blanket is generous in size 44×44 to be specific, making it great for newborns and slightly larger babies.  This blanket is made with a comfortably soft thin stretchable muslin making it perfect for swaddling without overheating your baby! If you purchase a three pack of soothing blankets, you’ll recieve a DVD that teaches parents how to swaddle their baby as well as including many other great features and answers questions  new parents should know the answers too.
