Strawberry Monday Review and Giveaway! (closed)

Strawberry Monday is an online resale shop of which carries a fantastic selection of top quality name brand clothes for woman and children. I for one, happened across this store while browsing around on e-bay for lightly used clothes for my daughter. If you know anything about me, it’s that if I can find a deal on quality clothes for my daughter at affordable prices, it’s made my day that much brighter.

I was given the chance by Nicole, owner of Strawberry Monday, the chance to review several items from her store. I went with a Girls Gap Black Floral Dress 18-24 Months for my daughter Melody, a Women’s Old Navy Sweater Tank Knit Pink for myself, and for the Holiday season, Nicole personalized one of the many ornaments she has available in her store for my daughter.

I was thoroughly impressed with quality of each of the garments I was sent. I also am totally  love with the sweet ornament which hung proudly from our Christmas tree! Spreading the word and purchasing from places like this is a fantastic way to go GREEN!

I encourage you to check them out at
www.StrawberryMonday.com

Holiday Gift Guide Kidorable Review & Giveaway

image001100_3079It’s raining, it’s pouring, but that doesn’t mean things have to be dull and boring! I’ve will admit after about three years of living Oregon and having lived in the south for most of my life, I had to learn to love and embrace the rainy days because we have nearly nothing but during the fall and winter seasons.

Who says we have to be cooped up when it rains? Certainly, not me.  I want my daughter to learn to love the rain too and that means we have to be properly equipped with the right kind of rain gear.

While searching for rain gear for children of all ages, I came across the site Kidorable. This company was created in 1997 out of the necessity for functional and fun children’s apparel. Since then, they’ve become a name that both parents and children can get excited about.

After contacting this company, I was given the opportunity to review several products from their  Bee Line ,which is a style that works great for both boys and girls!

coat_bee_lgThe Bee Rain Coat is so adorable! I love the stripes, the bright cheerful colors, and the fact that it comes with a matching themed hanger!  This jacket features two front pockets, PVC, polyester lining, and a hood that pulls over my daughters head to keep her nice and dry! It’s  available in various sizes from 2t to 6x!

boot_bee_lgThe Bee Rain Boots, I could not live with out! My little girl is spunky and spry so as soon as she sees puddles, I know without a shout of a doubt she’s going to be running, splashing, and hopping in them with no regrets! These boots will be a life saver when I happen to take my daughter to the local farms this fall as well as the Tulip Fields during the spring! Who wants to get mud on regular shoes when you can purchase incredibly cute boots made from rubber that you can easily wipe clean? These boots are available in sizes 5 for infants to size 2!

bkpk_bee_lgI adore the Bee Backpack ! This back pack is great for kids of all ages! Right now mine is doubling up as my daughter’s diaper bag as it’s got plenty of room to add diapers, snacks, a cup, and a few other things. I know as my daughter get’s older, she’ll still use this bag as it would be perfect for any outing whether it be a trip to the park, the beach, grandma’s house, or the local zoo.

I also love the matching umbrella’s offered at Kidorable! These fun umbrellas are the perfect fit for little hands! Kidorable is definitely my first stop for my children’s rain gear!

Buy it: Kidorable offers more than just rain wear! I encourage you to check out their knit hats, gloves, and scarves for the cooler weather among us.  I couldn’t help but mention that their items would also make wonderful Holiday gifts this season!

Win it: I am thrilled to be giving one of my readers the opportunity to win their very own umbrella!

Beibi Review and Giveaway (CLOSED)

100_1269
Fall is right around the corner so it’s time to start looking past those cute sandals  to some heartier shoes that will keep your little ones feet snug and warm!

I can’t help but think what better a time for Wee Squeak to introduce their new line than now! The new line of shoes is called Beibi and it’s available for both boys and girls in sizes 0 to 24 months.

I received a pair of Iris Silver Shoes in size 18-24 months.  These boots are adorable, in my opinion! Decked out in Shiny silvery pink with a  happy butterfly perched on the toe, they go perfect with almost all of my daughters fall and winter outfits!

100_1199

The rainy season is nearly upon us here in Oregon and another plus about the boots I am reviewing it that they are water resistant!  I don’t have to worry about my daughter’s feet getting wet. Who wants to catch a cold from stomping around in puddles? Not us!
These shoes are extremely flexible and give children the proper room to grow. Who wants a shoe that pinches?  On the bottom of each shoe is  non-slip proof rubber which is perfect to keep children safe from falling.

I would recommend these to younger babies, as  my daughter is “very fast” and I just don’t feel like their is enough traction for slippery or unstable surfaces outdoors.

Some of the shoes have a  velcro closer while others like the boots I am reviewing zip up.  There are many styles to choose from and I can only hope that they’ll be adding more in the future!

Beibi  Shoes Giveaway winner is #33 Lucyinthesky who chose the Tyler Pink Baby Shoe in 18-24 months.

Win it: Visit Beibi Shoes and tell me what shoes you would choose if you won!
