Renting Books for College…

Buying books for college can really break the budget. And after some time as much good as those books will do you, eventually they’ll be sitting around the house collecting dust and taking up space.

Did you know there’s a company that’s sort of like Netflix but for college books? CampusBookRentals.com has where you can rent the books you need for college. In renting you’ll be saving so much money, even the shipping to and from is free.  What a great concept!

CampusBookRentals.com is a company that gives back. They are partners with Operation Smile, donating over 1,000 life saving cleft lip surgeries this year to children in need!

If you know anyone that’s in college or if you yourself are looking to go back and save money, check out this great company that will not only be helping you but are helping others too.

Pocket Dots {review}

Have you heard about Pocket Dots? These little mom inspired devices are designed to help pregnant or pre-pregnant ladies keep their pants from slipping down or undershirts from rising up!

I was able to review a set of Pocket Dots for myself and they couldn’t have arrived at a better time! The color I was sent from the two available is nude which perfect to wear with all my natural or white bands, khakis, and light colored pants.

How they work is that you attach one end to your back or front pocket and the other to your under-shirt or belly band. The little plastic teeth grip the material with no worries of snagging and ruining it.

I have a few undershirts to keep me covered when I’m nursing my son but lately they keep riding up. Once I started using Pocket Dots with these tops, I’ve no longer had that issue!

The only problem I did have is that when I was next to counter and  rubbed up against it, the Pocket Dots popped off. But other than that, these work wonderfully and I’ve had no other issue.

-Buy it- Pocket Dots are available in two colors and are for sell at http://pocketdots.com/ for 6.95 a set.
