Growing up, I recall keeping a journal on and off. I believe now that I am older, keeping a journal of my own thoughts, feelings, and experiences can help me gain a lot of personal insight. Journaling is a fantastic way to help a person see where they were  and where they are currently.

Sadly, as of lately I’ve found myself journaling less and less, not because I don’t have anything to write about but it’s because I have not been setting aside any me time. Life can be a hassle sometimes, dealing with day to day stay at home, work at home things, and the rest of the hustle and bustle that goes along with life.
