The new Fiber One yogurt is the only leading nonfat yogurt with 50 calories and 5 grams of fiber (20 percent of the Recommended Daily Value). It is also a good source of calcium and vitamins A and D, making this an all-around great choice for dieters and those watching their weight. I’m a fan of yogurt! So, when I was asked to participate in reviewing Yoplait’s Fiber One yogurt, I jumped at the opportunity.

How fun  it was to receive more than just vouchers to try out Fiber One yogurt! I can use the word fantastic because I really like this yogurt! I usually cringe and think badly of any low in fat  high in fiber type of products and I’ve got good reasons because most taste icky! It’s hard to believe just 50 calories are in each tasty cup!

Since I am still nursing my daughter, I like to munch on healthy snacks through out the day. Fiber One yogurt provides me with perfect healthy afternoon snack to tide me over till supper. A much better alternative to a bag of cheese curls and I wont be regretting it.

Other than the vouchers, I was also sent a sectional plate with lid which is great to maintain portion control when I eat my meals. The  22 ounce cup with a lid which is great for smoothies as well as making sure you are drinking a good amount of water. The plastic silverware is cute and fits perfectly inside the sectional place for easy on the go lunches or snacks! All these great items fit into the cooler pack!
