Sleep Deprived Parents
So here’s to asking all the mom’s out there… what do you do when your child just suddenly stops her wonderful sleeping pattern at night? This is what my husband and I have been dealing with for the past couple of nights. Our eight month daughter used to sleep through night only waking up once and now it’s every hour with wailing and crying. It was so bad last night that my husband had to go and sleep on the couch. I haven’t changed my diet and no excessive ammount of caffine. I am wondering if this may be due to her thyroid/medication but I won’t know that until next week as she is getting her blood tested tomorrow. Maybe I should give her a bath before bed, go for a car ride, I don’t know…any ideas for us?

Could she be teething? That usually disrupts the normal sleep patterns for a few days.
