2017 Dramm Products and Rainwand Review!

Panda Pots™ Reusable Plant Cups {Review}

Panda Pots™ Reusable Plant Cups are of top quality. Each are made in the USA out of 100% recycled plastic! These are generously sized at 3″ in diameter and 2.75″ deep. The sizing provides a step up from using certain plant trays that can over time get expensive and somewhat troublesome to use. I’ve found that in using too small of a start, it often does not allow enough room for a seedling to grow before transplanting it into the ground or a larger pot. Aside from using these pots for starters, I’ve found that the sizing allows for a primary home for smaller plants such as succulents and herbs.  Continue reading

It’s no surprise that The Postage Stamp Vegetable Garden by Karen Newcomb is a best selling guide. It’s chock full of information in an easy to understand format that’s suitable for the beginner as well as for the more advanced gardener. The completely revised version will have one well on their way in utilizing even the smallest of spaces to grow their own organic vegetables, herbs, and flowers! This year I’ve been following the methods suggested in this book for my own raised bed gardens and patio pots. I can already see a favorable difference compared to the garden I attempted last year .
