Jesus Always 365 Devotions for Kids {Review and Giveaway}

Jesus Always 365 Devotions for Kids by Sarah Young is geared toward boys and girls ages 8-12 years old. This devotion is different than most as it is written in a way as if God is speaking to the reader directly. The author explains her writing style and sticking as close to scripture as possible. So instead of the common use of He, words are used such as I, Me, My, and Mine as Jesus. When speaking to the reader the word you and your are used.  It’s very personal and it’s one of my favorite writing styles.  Continue reading

If You’re Happy and You Know It (A Sing-Along Book)

My 15-month-old loves the song If You’re Happy and You Know It, in fact, it was the first song she ever responded to with actions at a few months old. Anytime it’s sung she smiles and claps her hands. Now she says some of the words like clap, stomp, and yay (hooray) and responds in actions too.  When I discovered If You’re Happy and You Know It (A Sing-Along Book) I knew it would be a wonderful addition to her book collection!
