hello, the moment i seen your doughters picture she remineded me of my daughter Julia who is a year and four months,she also has “congenital hypothyroidism”. We found out when she was four days old,and by seeing your daughter gave me hope that everything will be o.k..Thanks for sharing the pictures of your beautiful family.

Hi, I found your blog by searching “congenital hypothyroidism”. My daughter is 8 days old and has just been diagnosed with this condition. Any information, tips or words of hope you could give me would be so greatly appreciated.
Ps. Your daughter is beautiful, seeing her looking so normal and healthy gives me an incredible amount of hope.

That is scarry. That happened to Natalie when she was like 6 months old. Scared me really bad. It was on the weekend and her temp was over 103 for a LONG time so we had to take her to the ER, where they did many horrible tests only to tell me they didn’t know what was causing it. Her doc knew what it was as soon as he saw the rash. I am glad that they both (Natalie and Melody) got through it good! You have a beautiful daughter!

Let me know when you get the Kokopax Sunhat. I felt she needed it since she still doesn’t have a lot of hair. lol She needs to have her lil’ head protected from the harsh suns rays.
