Two Year Pediatric Visit

Last week Melody had her two year pediatric visit to receive the called for vaccinations and to see how she was doing development wise.  To cut straight to it, she’s doing great and not just meeting the goals for her age but exceeding them. ( That’s my girl!). She’s such a trooper, she didn’t even cry when she got two shots, one in each leg. I am so proud of her for being such a big girl.

Melody is weighing in at 21lbs 6 ounces and she’s 34 1/2 inches tall. She’s holding steady in the 25th percentile lately and has me not worried as much with her size since she’s growing right along her own little path.

Did she have any reactions from her shots? She was a little tired, moody, and she did get sick on the way back from the Dr.’s but other than that she seemed to be just fine.  Crankiness could’ve been due to those mean two year molars coming in too.
