Yay.. second trimester

Happy week after Thanksgiving to everyone! I had a pretty good week last week. Although I didn’t spend the thanksgiving holiday with any family except my husband it was still a pretty good one. Our friends from church ( Chris and Cheryl) invited us over to spend Thanksgiving with them. We arrived at their house are noon and didn’t leave till 8pm… we had alot of fun just talking and we watched the Jet Li movie Fearless too. On the menu was Turkey (* they snagged the recipe from Good Eats..lol), stuffing ( which was good, not too dry), mashed potatoes, cranberry relish, pumpkin and berry pie…all very yummy :) Now Justin and I still have our turkey and a few other things to make a for a meal…. I did make brocoli casserole a few days ago and two pies which are very good ( and about gone…lol) ;)

Saturday we went over to Chris and Chery’s and played some board games too. :)

Saturday Justin tackled all the mold on the windows and doors in the house… ugh.. it’s going to keep doing that until we get a dehumidifier because lack of air flow throughout the house… so pray we can get one soon. The windows like to sweat all day long. yuckie!

Happy Birthday Fawn…tomorrow ( LOTS of HUGS) :)

I had my twelve week Doctor’s appointment today although I am nearly 13 weeks already. Everything is looking good although they want to keep an eye on my blood pressure. Justin and I heard the baby’s heart beat :) What an interesting experience it was… amazing how being so little that the heart of babies can beat so very fast … it was around 160-165. As for my bowel problems, the midwife told me to drink drink drink and that I must… I have to get my system regulated again.
