18 Weeks

I am now officially 18 weeks pregnant and it seems that time has just been flying by! I still have a lot of energy but I am quite congested on occasion and my back has been hurting everyday… no doubt the back pain is due to how big my stomach has gotten! My Dad jokes and asks if I am having twins… LOL… The movement of the baby is more constant now than before and has gotten much much stronger… so strong that sometimes it wakes me up in the middle of the night! Less than two weeks and we find out if the baby is a girl or a boy… I am thinking boy but we shall know for sure soon!

Meet Melody, She's a very happy little girl full of so much energy and enthusiasm. She was diagnosed with Congenital Hypothyroidism at four days old and we are daily learning how to care for her condition through the grace of God.
Melody loves playing with friends and is very social with both children's and adults. She loves reading, crafting, playing with Legos, puzzles, having tea parties, dress up, and playing at the park.
Movies she loves: Up, Bolt, Ponyo, and My Neighbor Totoro.
Television she likes: Caillou, The Wiggles, Word World & Super Why.
Favorite book: Peek-a-Who & My Story Bible.
Favorite music: Laurie Berkner, Justin Roberts, The Squeegees, & Cedermont Kids.
Favorite Foods: Sushi, Pizza, Brocoli, and Green Apples.
