Are you looking to invest in a gift that gives back this holiday season? If so, I would like to recommend those offered at the Nomi Network. This network is all about creating economic opportunities for women who have been victims of sex trafficking by equipping them with leadership, entrepreneurship, and production skills to become financially independent.
The handcrafted items available in their online store included beautiful jewelry, wallets, bags, pillows, and clothing. In purchasing any of these item offered, the proceeds go back to supporting the fight against modern-day slavery.
When purchasing these gifts, the awareness is spread on what’s going on in spurring others forward into helping out too. This is a cause I stand by 100% and urge others to do so as well.
I was sent a tote bag to spread awareness which reads “Buy her bag, not her body.”. This is a bold statement bag which I am proud to take with me when I am out. It currently is hosting my latest knitting project which never leaves the house without me.
The bag easily folds and zips into a small attached pouch for storage. It’s cotton canvas which lends to keeping clean pretty well.
The bottom of the bag has a plastic type material ( like rice or feed bags) so if it’s placed somewhere damp the inner contents won’t get damp. The trim of the bag as well as the zipper pocket also has the same plastic type of material giving it a neat style.
- “I Believe in Her Tote” is their bestselling item

- Holiday Gift Box (limited supply) $35.00 or $75.00 depending on which box is selected
Note that any purchases made after December 20th won’t be shipped out till January 3rd.
