Reckless is the latest full-length record from Jeremy Camp, which was released on February 12, 2013. Reckless features the single and title track ‘Reckless,’ which is already making waves at radio. Jeremy Camp has been incredibly successful at retaining fans, and this release will be no different. New and old fans alike will find ‘Reckless’ to be as heart-felt and passionate as ever. Jeremy Camp has had a stellar 10-year career, earning accolades that most artists only dream of including 5 RIAA certified Gold-selling records, over 3.5 million records sold to date, a GRAMMY nomination for his 2010 album Speaking Louder Than Before, and a total of 32 No. 1 Radio hits across all formats (AC, CHR, Rock, & Inspo). In 2010 Jeremy Camp released We Cry Out: The Worship Project, which featured the still-charting single ‘Overcome.’ Jeremy then went on to release a greatest hits collection in 2012, I Still Believe: The Number Ones Collection, which featured 14 of Jeremy’s best tracks. He also released his first Christmas album, Christmas: God With Us in September 2012.
I have really been enjoy this album. First and foremost, know that Jeremy Camp is up there as one of my favorite Christian music artist. His sound is distinct and his lyrics rich. When listening you clearly can feel the words spoken from his own life which many of us can relate to in different ways. This album doesn’t disappoint in reflecting on and in God’s mercy, goodness, and love.
My favorite song on this album is “We Must Remember” about God’s forgiveness and about how He died for us and bore all our shame and pain. He sings of the victory, redemption, and saving Grace of our ever loving ever lasting Saviour. There are many other great songs on the album and I could sing praise about every single one. This album right now is one of my go to when I want to have some quite time with the Lord or when I feel the need to be surrounded by uplifting music that Praises my God! I highly recommend Jeremy’s latest album, I wasn’t disappointed in the least bit.
